We are thrilled to be featured in this year’s Cornish Christmas Giving Catalogue.
The Cornish Christmas Giving Catalogue includes 20 charitable organisations including our friends St. Petrocs, DISC Newquay, Newquay Community Orchard and The CHAOS Group, and all of Cornwall’s food banks.
The donations given will help to transform the lives of people living in Cornwall and enable you to give the gift of hope this Christmas.
We were lucky enough to be featured in last year’s catalogue, and received £100 from generous supporters. These funds were spent on essential services needed for our clients to aid with their recovery journeys.
As listed in this year’s catalogue, the following donations could help provide:
– £15: a podiatrist appointment; many people who have been sleeping rough encounter numerous problems with their foot and leg health, leading to mobility issues.
– £20: A Food Safety or First Aid course to skill-up residents; this will ensure that residents get the opportunity to learn new skills for volunteering and work.
– £40: A welcome pack for new clients moving into Harbour; many people who have been living on the streets come to us with few possessions and need essentials to settle in.
All of these are important services and items that can help to skill-up, empower, and improve the lives of residents at Harbour Housing.

The deadline for donations for this year’s appeal is the 18th of December.
