Gavin has been working with clients with complex needs for roughly the last seven years. He has predominantly worked as an outreach worker specialising in rough sleepers.

Gavin has been working alongside Harbour Housing for around the last four years and liked the ethos and values that it promoted, prompting him to join what he calls an “amazing team of individuals”.
